Aging: 10 months in 60% new oak barrels.
Vineyards: All the grapes were sourced from multiple vineyards found in the Lake County and Sonoma County. All the vineyards are part of what make up the California North Coast AVA.
Tasting Notes: A great Cabernet Sauvignon with fresh dark fruit aromas and a hint of coffee and tobacco. The flavors coat the palate with vanilla, plum and black cherry flavors, making this Cabernet Sauvignon a delicious full-bodied wine.

Vineyards: Our grapes are sourced from multiple premium estates grown in Napa and the North Coast. All grapes were harvested between early August and September.
Tasting Notes: A great Sauvignon Blanc that opens up with aromas of fresh citrus, grapefruit, and melon, and green apple notes. An elegant and light-bodied on the palate with flavors of ripe melon and grapefruit with a fresh finish.
